Standard Returns

• 30-Day Window: We gladly accept returns on most items within 30 days from the date of purchase.

• To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition.

  
  

Customized Items

• All Sales Final on Custom Items: Due to the personalized nature of customized products (such as dragons printed with a specific player number), we cannot accept returns or exchanges on these items.

• Our Commitment to You: We want you to be completely thrilled with your custom gear! If there is an issue or defect with your customized item, please reach out to us immediately. We will make every effort to work with you and ensure you are fully satisfied with your HypeLink experience.

We take pride in making sure your HypeLink orders arrive safely and securely! Depending on the size of your order, here is how we handle your shipment:

• Individual Items: Single or smaller items are carefully packaged in protective bubble mailers and shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.

• Large Orders: Larger orders or multiple items are securely packed in sturdy boxes to prevent damage. These orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS Ground Shipping, depending on the most efficient route for your location.

  
  

Once your order has been packaged and handed off to the carrier, you will receive a notification with your tracking details so you can follow its journey to your door.

Processing & Shipping

Every dragon is custom 3D printed to order just for you! We know you're eager to get your new teammate on the field, so we work quickly to fulfill requests—orders are often ready to ship within 48 hours.
